Use of Cookies
A cookie is a small message which our web server gives to your web browser. Your browser stores the message in a text file and the message is then sent back to our server each time your browser requests a page from our server. Cookies can therefore be used to monitor visits on a website.

Limited use of cookies is made on our website. We do not use cookies to store your personal information such as email addresses or other details. Cookies have been found useful, because they allow us to "dig deeper" behind a website's first page without having to redial the site with specific page details of the following pages.  However, you may wish to browse and use this website with your cookie option turned off. To do this refer to the help menu on your internet browser to find out how you can change the settings of your browser.

Security

We will take reasonable steps to ensure the security of any information you provide to us. These steps include restricting physical access to our offices, electronic firewalls and secured databases to prevent information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
Even so, we cannot guarantee that information exchanged via the internet may not be accessed and used by people other than the intended party. Therefore, if you send any information to us via the internet, or request us to send to you any information, it is sent at your own risk.

Access to Information Collected

If you wish to request access to any personal information which we hold about you, please contact us by sending your request and contact details to info@betar.com.au.

If you wish to access the personal information held about you on our current records, we can provide you with a copy of the relevant information without charge for the cost of providing this type of access to these current records.  We may deny your request in some circumstances. If this occurs, we will give you our reasons.
